Kung Fu
Classes are taught in the traditional manner; teaching “body method”, application of “waist power”, and traditonal conditioning methods. In addition to teaching excellent self-defense, learning these methods also increases body awareness and has a surprising Yogic like effect in stretching and strengthening.
These classes are traditional but they are linked to our San Da program as well. We encourage students to take classes in both programs. This is how Sifu David Ross intended the institute to function.
