Sifu David A Ross, Director and founder NY San Da
Head Instructor, San Da Kickboxing
David A Ross has been involved in martial arts most of his life. He began boxing at the age of 8 and then went on to study Korean Taekwondo and Hapkido. Under the late master Pong Ki-Kim he earned second degree Black Belts in both arts and was also the New York State AAU full contact Taekwondo champion for two years. David then studied Chinese martial arts (Lama Pai and Choy Lay Put) and San Da under the late master Chan Tai-San.

Edyk came to the school because of his brother Chris and arrived with no previous training but quickly fell in love with the martial arts. In a short period of time he was helping students get ready for their tights and was assisting with classes. Since we've moved to our new location, Edyk has taken over as studio manager and also coordinates the daily operations of the facility
Black Belt and instructor, San Da Kickboxing
Frank’s dedication and hard work have made him one of the school's elite, a black belt and a certified san da kickboxing instructor. Frank is dedicated to the martial arts, also studying Judo. In both the “Kickboxing l0l” classes KJ and the San Da / Muay Thai classes he helps students correct their technique and achieve their best.
Head Instructor, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Training in martial arts since the age of 6, Dan holds a black belt in both Judo as well as Brazilian Jiujitsu. In addition to Dan's martial arts experience, he is also an ACE certified personal trainer. Dan's goal is to push gym members to achieve their fitness goals, whether it be in kickboxing classes, or his brazilian jiujitsu classes.
Associate instructor, San Da Kickboxing
Rebecca began her kickboxing training in 1998 and is certified in general fitness by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and in Fitness Kickboxing by both AFAA and the National Association of Professional Martial Artists (NAPMA). She has been teaching since 2002. In addition, Rebecca has provided personal training and support to many of her students, and is dedicated to teaching proper technique while ensuring her students have him while getting a great workout.
