Considering the changing environment we live in, we are now offering self protection and self defense workshops open to ALL.
You will not only learn physical techniques of self defense but also proven strategies and tactics to AVOID danger.
Sifu David Ross has taught self protection and self defense to thousands of NY residents. He has also consulted with and trained law enforcement officers in New York, New Jersey and Washington DC.
PLEASE NOTE: to address real issues we want you to be prepared to be scared, shocked and offended! Adult lyrics, potential violence. But all in the name of you being ready for reality.
